Send an email:

The steps to print an email on your Epson printer using Epson Connect are as follows:

  1. Compose an email message.
  2. Attach the document that you need to print.
  3. Specify the Epson printer’s email address in the To field.
  4. Note: You can find the printer’s email address from the Information sheet or the Network Status sheet.

Cancel print jobs

If you want to cancel printing after sending a print job, press the Stop/Cancel button on the printer’s control panel at the time of printing. Or else, you can access the Epson Connect User Page and cancel the print job from the Print Log.

Enable and edit the Approved Senders list

  1. Access the User Page of the Epson printer.
  2. Select Approved Senders List -> Use Approved Senders List -> Add Address or Add address from Print Log.
  3. Specify the email address and click the Add option followed by the Apply option.

Changing print settings

  1. Sign in to the Epson printer’s User Page.
  2. Click the Print Settings option.
